 Shannon Thackray co-founded Cold Cap Advocacy Denver with Marci Jenkins and is currently President of the Board of Directors. When she’s not supporting CCAD efforts, Shannon is the Human Capital Partner at a private equity firm and the proud parent of two teenage boys with her husband, Andrew.

Marci Jenkins co-founded Cold Cap Advocacy Denver withShannon Thackray and is currently the Executive Director.  When she is not supporting CCAD efforts she is an IT Executive at Avanade and is a color commentator for NCAA women’s gymnastics as well as the proud wife of Chad and mother to Mixon (13) and Afton (12).
